To Enable Auto Service Request (ASR)
  1. Download and install the latest version of the Sun StorageTek Common Array Manager
  2. After download is completed, login to CAM and Select "Sun Connection" from the left frame.
  3. Complete the section for Sun Online Account and password.
  4. Provide any required proxy information.
  5. Select the Fault Management check box.
  6. Submit the request.
  7. You will receive an email acknowledgement of your activation request.
