Overview
Sun StorEdge Remote Response (SSRR): Software that runs on the SVP (laptop console) on a SE9900 system. The software monitors the SIMlog information and when required sends alerts to the StorEdge Remote Response collector systems which pass the information onto the required parties.

Sun Shared Shell: Software that allows Sun Service Engineers, under the customer's control, to remotely view and diagnose the customer’s Sun products. The Sun Shared Shell tool is a Java application that provides secure, shared, remote access to a shell session viewed by both the customer and the Sun Service Engineer at the same time.
