Overview
Service Delivery Platform (SDP): A support solution (via an appliance) that can be implemented to provide auto service request and remote diagnostic and remediation for many Sun StorageTek storage devices. Supported devices with SDP include:
  • Tape Drives: T10000, 9940B, 9840B, 9840C
  • Tape Libraries: SL8500, SL3000, SL500, L1400M, L700E, L700, L180, L80, L40
  • Midrange Disk: ST6540, ST6140, StorEdge 6920 & 6130, FLX600 Series, FLX380, FLX 280, FLX240, FLX210, D220, D178, B250, B150, 9176
  • Datacenter Disk: VTL-Plus, VTL 4.0 & 3.5, VSM v5 & v4, V2X4f, V2Xf, V2X2, V2X, V960
