Time and Materials (T&M) Support Service Availability Policy, Announce Date 10.27.2009Systems and/or Software purchased on or after November 16, 2009 must be covered under a Sun Service Plan in order to receive additional Support service via T&M after December 2009 (except as otherwise required by law). This requirement will exist for both hardware and software. Systems purchased prior to November 16, 2009 may still obtain services via T&M without being covered by a Sun Service Plan at this time.
