When you purchased your plan the Contract Owner was sent an email notification with your Service Contract Number and Organization ID. You need this information to access Sun's Online Services.

All users are required to have a Sun Online Account which is your personal identity at Sun. Many users may have this already, as it is used when purchasing online or accessing any of Sun's applications that require a Sun login. To register for your Online Services you need your Sun Online Account User name and password, and your Organization id that was sent to the contract owner.

To learn more about the registration process, please visit the SunSpectrum Member Support Center

"My IT staff members are experts in their field. So, when they call vendors for technical support, it's critical, and not something on which we can wait a day. We wanted a vendor that we could rely on for expert OS support. That’s why we went with Sun."
