Get a SunSolve Login

Access to most SunSolve content requires a login. If you have a support agreement and you don't login, you will only see about 20% of what's available! SunSolve makes use of your Sun Online Account. This is a user name and password that can be used for all Sun web sites which require a login. For more information, visit this Account Setup page.

8. Share your screen with Sun Support Want a faster answer? Launch Sun Shared Shell – a collaborative service tool which allows you to invite your Sun support engineer to remotely view your screen and diagnose any issues with your Sun product.
