1Sun Modular Datacenter S20 Limitations & Requirements:
- Movement of the Sun Modular Data Center may result in additional service fees.
- Installation service must be performed by Sun or Sun approved personnel.
- Installation and/or warranty services may be limited if the deployment site has not been prepared according to the specifications of the site readiness checklist.
- Customer must provide personnel or 3rd party service providers that have sufficient Sun MD training to support Customer's third-party equipment and assist Sun with standard service procedures.
- Doors must remain closed during operation except during service activities by Sun or other authorized providers.
- When doors are open, external climatic conditions must be dry (no rain, sleet, snow, etc.), and temperature and humidity levels must be maintained to the following specifications in order to ensure system operation, warranty and contracted service delivery: 10°C to 35°C (50°F to 95°F) and 20% to 80% relative humidity (RH), noncondensing
- When external climatic conditions are outside of these specifications, the Sun MD must be installed inside a Sun-approved environmentally controlled enclosure or equipped with a service shelter that maintains temperature and humidity within specifications defined above* when the Sun MD doors are open.
