Les présentes Listes de services décrivent l'offre de programmes de services de Sun (les "Services" ) dont vous pouvez faire l'acquisition auprès de Sun Microsystems, Inc. Une fois l'acquisition du Service effectuée, la Liste de services correspondante est incorporée au contrat de services que vous avez conclu avec Sun et fait partie intégrante de celui-ci. Sun a l'obligation d'exécuter un Service décrit dans une Liste de services uniquement si le Client a conclu un Contrat de services avec Sun et reÃ§u une confirmation de Sun acceptant le bon de commande ou la commande électronique dudit Service.

Si vous souhaitez acquérir un Service décrit dans l'une des Listes de services et que vous n'avez pas signé de contrat de services avec Sun, contactez un représentant commercial de Sun ou un revendeur agréé Sun. En outre, de nombreux Services peuvent être acquis par le biais du site Sun Store (Etats-Unis uniquement).
