iWay Intelligent Adapters for PeopleSoft

Support for synchronous and asynchronous bi-directional
interactions between PeopleSoft applications and the Sun Java
Enterprise System platform
The iWay Application Explorer introspects both standard and
customized PeopleSoft objects for all PeopleSoft applications and
captures metadata for any interaction.
Support for uniform XML transactions over a wide variety of
service interactions with PeopleSoft applications.
Receives an XML document on a supported iWay listener;
transforms the document into the format required by PeopleSoft;
interacts with PeopleSoft Message Agents and Component interfaces
to invoke the appropriate application logic to perform inserts,
deletes, and updates or to extract requested data; formats any
requested data into an XML service response document; and returns
the data.
When a business event occurs, the adapter receives a message
from PeopleSoft; transforms the message data into a XML event
document; and sends the document to the application.

iWay's JCA Resource Adapter which comes in JCA 1.5 and 1.0 flavors.

technology container, no additional software or hardware is
needed.
