This is a special licensing offer of a "per citizen, per year" subscription pricing model for Government entities in less developed and least developed countries and regions.   To the extent that the license or any related documents listed above contain a provision which expressly prohibits customers from installing the Java Enterprise system software on computer systems other than Sun branded systems, that provision shall no longer apply.
