SupportSun Service Plans provide the services, support and resources that help you get the most out of your systems and software. With Sun's help, you can ensure your business enjoys the full capabilities of the Java ES, while also keeping your systems tuned for maximum performance and utilization. Services for Java ESAs part of a Java ES subscription, you will receive services based on the number of employees in your company. All Java ES subscription customers receive online and telephone technical support, software releases and updates (patches) through the Sun Software Standard Support Plan, along with eLearning services. In addition, based on number of employees, you may be entitled to additional Professional and Educational Services.
