With Sun's help, you can ensure your business enjoys the full capabilities of the Java ES, while also keeping your systems tuned for maximum performance and utilization. Services for Java ESAs part of Java ES, customers receive services based on their number of employees. All Java ES customers receive online and telephone technical support, software releases and updates (patches) through the Sun Software Standard Support and eLearning services. In addition, based on number of employees, customers may be entitled to additional Professional and Educational Services (see http://www.sun.com/training/catalog/enterprise/identity.xml).
