Sun Service Plans provide the services, support and resources that help you get the most out of your systems and software. With Sun's help, you can ensure your business enjoys the full capabilities of the Java ES, while also keeping your systems tuned for maximum performance and utilization.

Services for Java ES

As part of a Java ES subscription, you will receive services based on the number of employees in your company. All Java ES subscription customers receive online and telephone technical support, software releases and updates (patches) through the Sun Software Standard Support Plan, along with eLearning services. In addition, based on number of employees, you may be entitled to additional Professional and Educational Services.

The Educational Services may be applied toward courses in the Sun Educational Services Course Catalog
Professional Services can be used for a variety of activities such as evaluation, architecture design, implementation, and ongoing technology assessment.

Note: These services are only available for Java ES subscriptions. Support and other services are not available for Java ES free trial downloads.
