Java SE for Business ships with a no-cost license for individual and commercial use on Solaris and with other Sun software (see license with the product for specific terms and conditions). In addition, customers can obtain support for Java SE for Business consistent with existing Sun software service contracts with which Java SE for Business is used, per the terms and conditions of your service list. |

You need to register as a solution provider. Once registered, you can redistribute Java SE for Business for Solaris with your Java applications provided you adhere to the terms of the included license. |

Your customers can download Java SE for Business and use it with your Java applications on Solaris at no cost. Your customers will be able to receive support consistent with the service level the customer has purchased for Solaris. |

You can purchase Java SE for Business internal use licenses (entitlements) in two forms -- as annual subscriptions, and perpetual licenses. Annual subscriptions include a license for use of all release families and services for the duration of the customer contract, per terms of the purchased entitlement, and Sun service list. Perpetual licenses are purchased specific to a release family and provide a perpetual right to use the purchased release. Optional annual support contracts can be purchased by customers that purchase perpetual licenses, which provide access to newer release familes and updates produced by Sun, in addition to the services license by calling Sun. |

Both redistribution options include the ability to have your company listed as a Licensed Solution Provider, thus extending to your customers the right to download Java SE for Business from Sun for use with your products. |
