The Java Dynamic Management Kit Developer Pack provides a complete development environment, including the tools, libraries and documentation required to develop Java technology-based monitoring and management solutions. It also includes the Java Dynamic Management runtime libraries needed to execute such monitoring and management solutions.

The Java Dynamic Management Kit Single Developer Pack (physical distribution) includes one development license, five runtime licenses, one hard-copy documentation set, and one CD-ROM. The Single Developer Pack is also available through electronic distribution.

Each development license for Java Dynamic Management Kit enables a single development seat.

This environment is provided for the Solaris 9 Operating Environment on the SPARC and x86 platforms, for Windows 2000 and XP Professional Edition, and for Linux RedHat Advanced Server 2.1. Java Dynamic Management Kit is supported on the Java 2 Standard Edition (J2SE) 1.4.2 platform.
