The following statement from Sun concerns Your rights and obligations under SCSL3/Jini TSA 1.0 ("Agreement"):
As between Sun and You, Sun will not require You to treat as Covered Code any source or object code You wrote which implements any portion of the Technology Specifications. Note that You must continue to treat all Covered Code licensed from other parties (including Sun) under the Agreement as Covered Code. This means that Your Commercial Use of any implementation containing any Covered Code licensed from other parties must continue to satisfy all obligations for Compliant Implementations.
Also, with respect to any Interface You have not disclosed to one or more third parties prior to April 15, 2005 and which You subsequently do so disclose, Sun relieves You of your obligations under Section IV.E (Extensions). Your obligations remain unchanged for any of Your Interfaces that were disclosed to third parties prior to that date.
