Symantec/Veritas Request for License Transfer
Completion of this form is only required for Symantec/Veritas software products that utilized enforced licensing technology, including Volume Manager and File System, version 5.0 and current versions. Enforced licensing technology requires completion of the Request for License Transfer form. Commencing with version 5.0,
Volume Manager, File System, Storage Foundation and Veritas Netbackup software products utilize non-node locking technology. Please refer to the product documentation for information on software license transfers.
