installed your Networker Products on your NEW host.

As your company's registered NetWorker user, please sign this document and 
return to the Sun License Center.  

UPON RECEIPT OF THIS SIGNED AFFIDAVIT AND AN ADMINISTRATION REGISTRATION
WINDOW, showing your new host ID, new authorization code(s) will be issued.

 NetWorker License Agreement, as provided in the Networker User's
Guide, restricts licenses from operating my NetWorker server software,
including accessories such as Concurrent Device Support and Jukebox Support,
on MORE THAN ONE backup server.

* My company understands this restriction and agrees to safeguard its
* provisions.  Nevertheless, my company wishes to transfer a  
* Networker license from one backup server to another.  Please issue 
* new authorization code(s) based on enabler code(s) and the host ID 
* represented on the provided Administration Registration window.
