Sun Veritas Request for License Transfer

VERITAS/Symantec Request for License Transfer (aka Host Transfer)
Form to request Node locked VERITAS software licenses to be transferred
from one hostid to another host id as a result of a system crash,
upgrade, or resource allocation.

Non-node locked licenses may be transferred from one hostid to another
without informing Sun per the terms and conditions of your license
agreement.

Please complete all requested information below, sign the form, and fax
to a Sun License Center (http://www.sun.com/license).  The new keys will
be returned via email.

What is the reason for the license transfer?

for the old system and will no longer use this Veritas product on that host.
