For your convenience, this system is preloaded with the Sun Java Enterprise System 2005Q1. This is a full version of the infrastructure software system that includes all component products needed for a full commercial deployment. The license that accompanies this preloaded software allows for a free 90 day evaluation. Service support is not included with this free evaluation license. If you as a customer have already purchased a commercial license, those terms and conditions apply and the software may be used for commercial deployments. Do not attempt to install the Sun Cluster 3.1 9/04 packages on a system using the Solaris 10 OS. The more recent Sun Cluster 3.1 8/05 software can be used with the Solaris 10 OS release.
