  The integration between Oracle 9i Application Server (Oracle 9iAS Release 1) and Oracle 10g Application Server HTTP Server and the Sun Java System Access Manager provides single sign-on for web clients, allowing Oracle users to sign-in once, and get authenticated to multiple web applications including Oracle Portal, Oracle E-Business Suite, and non-Oracle applications. Similarly, the integration with Oracle 9iAS/10g Containers for J2EE allows the Sun Java System Access Manager to authenticate and authorize web users accessing the J2EE applications deployed therein.
