Sun Java System Application Server Standard Edition 8.1 2005Q1 entered its End of Life (EOL) transition period March 23rd, 2009. Downloads of this version are no longer available. Existing customers will continue to be supported under the current Java Enterprise System Software EOSL policy¹.

Existing customers and those interested in Java EE should consider upgrading to one of the following releases:

Sun GlassFish Enterprise Server²
Download³ Sun Java System Application Server 8.2
(Included in Java Enterprise System bundle)

During this EOL transition period, the products will continue to be supported per existing customer support agreements.
