Sun Java System Mobile Enterprise Platform

Java System Mobile Enterprise Platform is deployed to the Sun GlassFish Application Server and uses Sun Java EE Connector Architecture (JCA) Adapters from Java CAPS to communicate with enterprise information systems and databases on mobile devices.

NetBeans IDE

You can use the NetBeans IDE to develop converged communications applications - using plug-in modules from GlassFish and Sailfin. NetBeans includes a simple wizard for creating SIP applications and runs on Windows, Linux, and Solaris. It is developed as an open-source project, is easy to install and use, and it is free!
