Sun Management Center - Solaris Container Manager (formerly N1 Grid Console) software helps maximize resource utilization and increase data center productivity by providing a central browser-based console for creating and managing software Containers. An ideal solution for server consolidation, Solaris Container Manager enables administrators to easily partition a single instance of the Solaris Operating System into multiple containers that can each run an application. This cost-effective partitioning allows you to do more with less by assigning system resources to services based on current business requirements instead of peak usage. Through improved resource utilization and streamlined management, Solaris Container Manager helps drive cost and complexity out of your data center.
