Based on Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server, this portlet allows customers to publish MetaFrame-enabled, non-Web applications (including Windows, legacy, mainframe and client/server applications) in a Sun Java System portal. Supporting both open and secure remote access portals, the Citrix MetaFrame Portlet shows the Citrix web interface application links based on standard Citrix group and role permissions. The Citrix MetaFrame Portlet enhances the range of the Sun Java System Portal Server by enabling access to client/server, legacy and custom applications as well as other content sources. It enables users to experience a single, standard interface to all information sources and simplifies application administration for IT departments.
