• MyCheckouts - MyCheckouts maintains a list of assets checked-out to the user
• MyHistory - MyHistory is a list of assets the user has worked with in the current session
• MySearch - MySearch allows users to search through asset types for which they are authorized
• MyCreate - MyCreate allows users to create content for which they are authorized
• MyDocuments - MyDocuments provides basic document management features from the portal interface

Administrator Portlets

• Content Definition - Allows administrators to define and configure asset types including workflow selection, revision tracking and access rights
• Publish Target - Allows administrators to configure the publishing destination and schedule publishing events
• Publish Console - Allows administrators to initiate, monitor and review content publishing
• Clear Assignments - Allows adminstrators to clear a user's workflow assignments
• Clear Checkouts - Allows administrators to clear a user's check outs

Delivery Portlets

• Job Postings - HR application that lists job opportunities
• Corporate Communications - share relevant news items internally and externally
• Documents - provide personalized self service access to corporate documents
• Advertisements - upload images to support branding and messaging
