The Siebel/Oracle portlet suite, built around the iWay Software Siebel adapter, displays customer activity - contacts, orders, forecasts, invoices, etc. - as recorded in Siebel CRM 7.7.

Siebel Customer Accounts Portlet

• Either validates Siebel credentials via the Single Sign-On (SSO) Adapter or allows the user to enter them manually.
• Displays a summary of Siebel customer accounts, including contact information, status and territory, as well as in-depth views of the following:
  • Account Details
  • Account Activities (e.g. requests, scheduled appointments)
  • Account Contacts (multiple contacts per account)
  • Account Opportunities
  • Account Invoices
  • Account Revenue Forecast
  • Preferences (for altering portlet information display)
