Sun Microsystems - Sun Java System Communications Portlets

The Sun Java System Communications portlets enable portal access to Sun Java System Messaging Server 5.2, Sun Java System Instant Messaging 6.0 and Sun Java System Calendar Server 5.1.1 products. These portlets make it easy to deliver communication and collaboration services alongside other corporate data and services and support single sign-on to the back-end Communications Servers.

Portlets Descriptions

Messaging Portlet
Delivers a customizable snapshot of a user's Sun Java System Messaging Server inbox with links to specific messages.

Personal Address Book Portlet
Provides access to contacts in the user's Sun Java System Messaging Server address book.

Calendar Portlet
Delivers a customizable view of the user's Sun Java System Calendar Server calendar, showing events, tasks and meeting details.

Contact List Portlet
Displays a user's Sun Java System Instant Messaging contact list, as managed in the Sun Java System Instant Messaging product. Displays user presence and enables launching of IM sessions.
