SyncEx Collaboration Suite for Microsoft Exchange

SyncEx Collaboration Suite for Microsoft Exchange offers access to Microsoft Exchange tools(mail, appointments, contacts, tasks) from JSR 168-compliant portlets. This secure integration gives users the same access level, interface and feature set as the full Exchange client. Administrators can run the portlets out-of-the-box or customize them to meet specific requirements.

The following have been developed:

• Email Portlet: Mailbox access with priority settings, follow up flags, w/attachments, email notifications and rapid view options.
• Calendar Portlet: Daily/weekly/monthly/yearly and summary views of appointments; meeting requests; w/attachment support; multiple categories and recurrence support options.
• Contact Portlet: Contact management (add/delete/update), search and storage options for mail addresses.
• Task Portlet: Task management (add/delete/update), multiple fileters, priority and attachment flag options.
• Today Portlet: Summary of mail messages, tasks and appointments with configurable views option.
