With Sun Software Support services, our experienced support engineers are available to help you identify and resolve technical issues with your Solaris Cluster software. In addition, you'll always have access to the latest software functionality through patches, updates and upgrades, which are included for covered software.

With two levels of support, you can choose the level of service that best fits the needs of your production system:



Training

Effectively administer and manage a highly available computing environment.

  • Sun Cluster 3.2 Administration, 5-Day (ES-345 or VC-ES-345)
    This course covers all the new features such as the Cluster 3.2 command-line interface, Resource Group Manager, HA-ZFS, SCSI-3 Fencing Override and EFI support, and Quorum Server.
  • Sun Cluster 3.2 Advanced Administration, 5-day (ES-445)
    This course covers advanced administration features such as advanced data service configuration, and adding and deleting nodes. Students will configure advanced file systems in the cluster, such as StorEdge QFS and ZFS, and run applications in Solaris 10 zones.

This course is also relevant to Solaris Cluster Geographic Edition 3.2
