Solaris and Fujitsu

Fujitsu has signed a multi-year OEM agreement to distribute the Solaris Operating System and Solaris Subscriptions with its PRIMERGY servers.

By partnering with Sun, Fujitsu is simplifying its customer experience by making it even easier to acquire an integrated Solaris-based solution and support by offering Solaris on or with its systems from the factory. Sun will assist Fujitsu in certifying solutions based on Solaris and PRIMERGY hardware and the two companies will work together to secure support from key independent software and hardware vendors.
