Solaris Subscriptions provide subscription-based Solaris software support independent of your hardware. Four levels of support enable you to purchase the most cost-effective, appropriate software support for your unique needs:

• Solaris Basic Service Plan provides immediate web access to all patches, updates, upgrades, knowledge bases, intelligent updating, and more, starting at just $324 per year.
• Solaris Standard Service Plan gives you all the benefits of Basic plus online service requests, additional training, and technical support coverage 12 x 5 during local business hours.
• Solaris Premium Service Plan covers your most critical needs, with all the benefits of Standard plus one-stop interoperability assistance and technical support coverage 24 x 7 including holidays and live call transfers.
• Solaris Everywhere Service Plan is a site-wide or enterprise-wide support offering for Solaris OS providing multiple system coverage. You get the support benefits of Premium Service Plan on a site-wide basis. Customized site-wide Solaris Everywhere Plans are ideal for customers that are building out their horizontal infrastructure based on Sun and 3rd party x64/x86 hardware.
