Solstice TMN Agent Tester 1.1

Solstice TMN Agent Tester takes the stress out of the entire development and testing cycle, while at the same time shortening it drastically. It allows CMIP agents to be tested in isolation before they are deployed with CMIP managers, and can also be used for in-depth testing and troubleshooting of existing CMIP agents.
