Registered StarSuite 8 software users are entitled to three (3) free support incidents during the first sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Please register, then select one of the contact options below and have your serial number ready so that no fee will be assigned.

Submit an email support request online. Note that if you've exceeded three incidents or have had the product for more than sixty (60) days from the date of purchase, you will be charged $25.00 (US, pricing includes VAT).
