Minimum Supported Configuration
  • A server based on UltraSPARC or x86 processors (2 or more CPUs recommended)
  • Disk Space: 95 MB for installation; 50-100 MB per-user swap space
  • Memory: 20-50 MB per user depending on applications
  • At least one Ethernet interface installed on the Sun Ray server
  • Sun Ray thin client or Sun Desktop Access Client enabled PC

Operating Systems Sun Ray Software 5 is supported on:
  • Solaris 10 OS 05/09 or later
  • Solaris 10 OS 05/09 or later with Trusted Extensions
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 Update 3
  • SuSE LINUX Enterprise Server 10, Service Pack 2

  • Microsoft Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2
