Solstice X.400 Messaging Products

Solstice X.400 messaging products have been discontinued and are no longer supported on the currently available Solaris 8 and 9 Operating Systems. However, a fully supported messaging server is available with Sun Java System Messaging Server¹. While this product does not replace Solstice X.400 messaging software, it provides a high-performance, highly secure messaging platform alternative.

Additionally, Sun Java System Communications software² provides a robust and flexible platform for deploying email, calendaring, instant messaging and other advanced collaboration services securely and cost-effectively. With rich collaboration capabilities, multiple access options, and a modular architecture, the software is ideally suited for service providers, enterprises, government agencies and educational institutions.
