What level of support is right for you?
Our Sun Software Service Plan offers you access to the latest software
functionality through patches, updates and upgrades, as well as direct
contact with experienced support engineers for help in identifying and
resolving technical issues with your Sun software.
Choose from among four levels of support to get the level of service
that best fits your needs:
- Basic – Online resources along with releases and updates.
- Standard – Basic plan features plus unlimited email and phone support 12
hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Premium – Standard plan features plus 24-hour support 7 days a week and SunVIP interoperability support.
- PremiumPLUS – Premium plan features plus customized, system-wide support
from Sun engineering team.
