Overview
The Sun Solution Center in Argentina helps clients run performance tests for workgroups and storage, and features a wide range of Sun products that can be used in local customer trials.
Sun equipment available at the center includes various workgroup arrays (StorEdge 6130, StorEdge 3510, StorEdge 3511, T3+, A5x00, A/D1000) workgroup servers (V210, V440, V490, E450, E220, X4100, T2000), workgroup libraries and tapes (DDS4, L9, L3500), and networking equipment (Ethernet Switches and FC switches). Newest additions to the center include Galaxy and Niagara servers, which are optimized to run key enterprise workloads, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, databases, and high-performance computing (HPC) applications. Using tools like vdbench, the center can copy actual customer load profiles to the center for testing.
