You can invite personnel from the Sun Support Center to directly access your systems for remote servicing, enabling faster problem resolution, troubleshooting, and remediation. When using remote servicing features, Sun Service Center personnel can only access your system at your initiation. No matter what your service relationship with Sun (SunSpectrum Service Plan, time and materials, or warranty) this direct support connection enables faster problem resolution, troubleshooting and remediation.

Hardware failure, system performance, and trend data based on customer-defined system parameters and thresholds are reported in the portal, and you can opt to be alerted via e-mail, pager, or both.
