For our technical readers, this 1U package is a 4 Gb/sec data funnel on steroids: 16 Fibre Channel ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports and integrated FCIP, hardware-assisted traffic forwarding, 128 Gb/sec aggregate bandwidth, full duplex, end-to-end FC—running storage applications at line-rate speed with either protocol.
