The Cisco MDS 9216A Multilayer Fabric Switch brings new capabilities to the fabric switch market, combining multilayer intelligence and a modular chassis with a compact form factor and low price point. The Cisco MDS 9216A comes with 16 2 Gb/sec Fibre Channel ports and expands up to 64 ports, making it ideal for enterprise SANs.
