Create/Update Service Request
Create or update a Service Request to log technical issues for any Sun product.
Create/Update Inquiry
Create or update a Service Inquiry. Use inquiries to log Service Requests for contract, sales or change of address information.

If you have a contract you may register to be a user of the SunSpectrum Member Support Center. As a user of the Member Support Center you will be privileged to all Sun contracted information and tools.

Get an overview of your install base. Perform hostID to serial number searching. Find out what products/serial numbers are covered by your contract(s), and much more.
