Need help? Open a service request and a Sun support engineer will be assigned to your request. Insert configuration information and/or error messages into your request to speed diagnosis. You can also track your requests online.
Share your screen with Sun Support
Want a faster answer? Launch Sun Shared Shell - a collaborative service tool which allows you to invite your Sun support engineer to remotely view your screen and diagnose any issues with your Sun product.
