DB2
DB2 is able to provide availability in two ways. First, with the partitioning capability of DB2 UDB EEE (v7.X) or DB2 UDB ESE (v8.X with DPF). DB2 also provides HA support with Sun Cluster and Veritas Cluster Server. The agent needed for Sun Cluster is included with the DB2 UDB software.
