SecureSpan XML Networking Gateway
SecureSpan XML Networking Gateway provides flexible, policy-based control for mediating service interaction across message-oriented middleware, protocols, service versions, and XML data formats. The SecureSpan XML Networking Gateway interacts with Sun Java Composite Application Platform Suite (Java CAPS) and Sun Java Identity Management Suite to offer identity-driven SOA governance that lets businesses create and enforce SOA policies separate from service implementation. Delivered as an appliance on the Sun Fire X4100 server, the SecureSpan XML Networking Gateway adds a scalable, flexible layer of security and policy enforcement to growing or complex, heterogeneous SOA environments.
SecureSpan XML Firewall and VPN
The SecureSpan XML Firewall combines the capabilities of the SecureSpan XML Accelerator and Data Screen with advanced identity and message-level security to address a broad range of behind the firewall, portal, and B2B SOA security challenges. The SecureSpan XML Firewall includes support for Sun Java System Identity Manager and Sun Java System Access Manager, as well as other leading directory, identity, access control, single sign-on (SSO), and federation services.
SecureSpan XML Data Screen
The SecureSpan XML Data Screen protects XML, Web services, and Web 2.0 applications from damage, downtime or improper information. The XML Data Screen is specifically designed to cleanse XML data streams of threats, vulnerabilities and unauthorized content for all common XML message formats including POX, SOAP, REST, and AJAX.The SecureSpan Data Screen can be deployed as areverse proxy for REST and SOAP- based services exposed through Java CAPS,providing centralized API normalization and life cyclecontrols, along with data stream leakage, cleansing and validation services.
SecureSpan XML Accelerator
The SecureSpan XML Accelerator off loads extremely processor-intensive XML parsing, validation, and transformation operations from application servers, database servers and Enterprise Service Buses (ESB). The XML Accelerator appliance is specifically designed to accelerate XML message throughput and reduce the latency associated with processing all common XML message formats including POX, SOAP, REST, and AJAX. The SecureSpan XML Accelerator can be deployed as a co-processor to GlassFish application servers or Java CAPS to accelerate high-overhead XML operations like parsing, transformation and validation.
