UAP may not be available in all regions or countries. Prices and trade-in allowances are subject to change. When purchasing a new system(s) under the UAP program, the End-User agrees to return the eligible trade-in equipment to Sun within 90 days of the date of shipment of the new system(s). If the trade-in equipment is not received within the 90 days, the customer will be invoiced for the full amount of the upgrade allowance received on the new system(s).
