All trade-ins, under general upgrade eligibility rules, must be owned by user and must have been installed and in use for at least 90 days before they can be used as a trade-in. UAP may not be available in all regions or countries. Prices and trade-in allowances are subject to change

When purchasing a new system(s) under the UAP program, the End-User agrees to return the eligible trade-in equipment to Sun within 90 days of the date of shipment of the new system(s). If the trade-in equipment is not received within the 90 days, the customer will be invoiced for the full amount of the upgrade allowance received on the new system(s). No credit or return of trade-in equipment will be allowed after expiration of 90 days.
