Only Sun StorageTek VSM3 and VSM4 systems qualify for a trade-in towards a new VSM4 or VSM5 system for 10% or 15% off list
Trade in applies to these base parts only:
VSM4-1.25TB-CAP-Z, VSM4-11TB-CAP-Z, VSM4-14.9TB-CAP-Z, VSM5-1.25TB-CAPZ, VSM5-16TB-CAPZ, VSM5-23TB-CAPZ
Minimum trade-in configuration is 1.25TB

Note on quote and PO exactly what is to be returned including the persons name, phone # and email address responsible for returning the VSM3 or VSM4.
The serial number of the VSM3 or VSM4 system has to be included on the quote, purchase order as well as provided on the Sun returns site @ http://www.sun.com/ibb/returns/ when ready to return the legacy VSM3 or VSM4 system.
