  • Perform system administration on the Linux OE (Courses available: Red Hat Linux Essentials (RH-033) and Red Hat Linux System (RH-131))

OR

  • Perform system administration on the Solaris OS (courses available: Solaris Operating System Essentials for System Maintainers (SM-101), Solaris System Administration (SM-239), and Introduction to the Solaris x86 Platform Specifics (WS-2400))
  • Recognize components of PC hardware or similar systems (course available: Sun Fire V20z Server Maintenance and Software Installation and Configuration (WET-4682: Rev B) and Sun Fire V40z Server Maintenance and Troubleshooting (WET-4683: Rev B))
