Prerequisites

To succeed fully in this course, students should be able to:

• Use the OPEN LOOK graphical user interface (GUI)
• Use the Solaris 2 Operating System (OS) device naming conventions
• Administer disks and file systems
• Back up and restore file systems

• Configure environmental variables
• Use basic OpenBoot commands
