The Hitachi Universal Replicator for Open Systems course is a four-day ILT course that provides a detailed review of the Hitachi Universal Replicator software fundamentals and key tasks necessary to implement remote replication for Hitachi Universal Storage Platform V, Hitachi Universal Storage Platform VM, Hitachi Universal Storage Platform, and Network Storage Controller. Learners are introduced to the Universal Replicator software followed by details about software specifications and operations. The learner will be able to describe corrective actions by troubleshooting the given case scenarios. The use of Universal Replicator software and Hitachi TrueCopy Synchronous software in three data center (3DC) configurations is covered, as well as the use of the Universal Replicator Delta Resync function. The classroom sessions are supported by lab exercises where the participants will learn to install, configure, and implement Universal Replicator software, 3DC, and 3DC Delta Resync on Hitachi Data Systems storage platforms.
